Information entered on this website

There are no fields on this website for entering personal, financial, or loan application information. The site does not use advertising pixels.

Analytics choice and consent

This website only runs Google Analytics 4 after you affirmatively accept analytics on the privacy banner shown on your first visit. No analytics request, cookie, or stored attribution information is created before you accept. If you select Reject, or take no action, analytics stays off and no Google Analytics 4 cookie is set. A persistent Privacy choices control, available on every page, lets you change or withdraw your choice at any time; withdrawing removes the locally stored analytics attribution information described below and stops further analytics activity for that browser.

Google Analytics

When you accept, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (property associated with measurement ID G-M7XBMN2QLT) to understand which mortgage education and contact pages are useful. Google Analytics may then use cookies such as _ga and process information including the page viewed, general traffic source, approximate location derived from an IP address, browser and device characteristics, and interactions with phone, email, and official application links, tagged with a version marker (analytics_version: jm_full_suite_v1) that identifies this release of the tracking code.

The analytics implementation does not intentionally send the phone number, email address, message contents, application information, or other sensitive personal information to Google, and it does not use a signed-in user identifier. Advertising cookies and signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) stay denied at all times, whether or not you accept analytics, and Google Signals and ad personalization are disabled. This website does not use Google Ads cross-domain linking.

With your acceptance, the site also stores, in your browser only, a first-visit ("first-touch") and most-recent non-direct ("latest-touch") summary of the general marketing source, medium, and campaign that brought you here (for example, "search" or "newsletter"), each kept for up to 180 days and then discarded. This summary never includes full URLs, search terms, ad click identifiers, or personal information. Google processes analytics data it receives under its own privacy policy. You can also limit analytics cookies through your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Phone and email links

Selecting a telephone link opens your device's calling feature. Selecting an email link opens your chosen email service. Your telephone carrier, device, and email provider may process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

Use email for general questions only. Do not email Social Security numbers, bank statements, tax returns, account numbers, login credentials, or other sensitive documents. Ask Jonathan how to provide requested information through an approved method.
