What the seminar actually covers.
Most VA home loan confusion comes from one gap: the benefit and the approval are two different things, handled by two different parties. The seminar separates them, in plain language, before you are anywhere near an application.
You will leave understanding what your Certificate of Eligibility does and does not tell a lender, why a qualifying VA purchase can require no down payment and still require cash at closing, how entitlement works when you have used the benefit before, and what a lender reviews once the benefit question is settled.
Important: REV Mortgage is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs or any other government agency. This seminar is educational. It is not an application, not an offer or commitment to lend, and no rates or terms are quoted.
Who it is for
- Veterans and service members who have never used the benefit. Start here rather than with a rate quote.
- Anyone who has used it before. Restoration, remaining entitlement, and second-use questions get answered directly.
- Spouses and family making the decision together. Attend from home, on any device, with no obligation.
Bring your questions — the session ends with a live question-and-answer period. If you would rather ask privately first, reach Jonathan directly.

The written guides cover the same ground at your own pace, and the official VA home-loan hub explains the federal benefit itself.
